PHILADELPHIA, PA, October 31, 2012 (Press-News.org) The Canadian real estate market has been front and center on the world's stage, as speculation regarding the sustainability and health of the industry has attracted a long list of debaters. Marnie Bennett, founder of Bennett Property Shop Realty and noted real estate broker, agrees with the Canadian Real Estate Association by "not predicting the free fall others have been expecting, though it [the Canadian Real Estate Association] suggested sales in the fourth quarter of 2012 will be off from a year ago--in part because of new mortgage rules which tightened up lending requirements," according to an article in Ottawa Citizen. Bennett and other industry professionals assert that, given the stability of housing prices, the market is balanced and has a great deal to offer to buyers. Qualicum Woods Crossing, a new condominium community that mixes luxury with the elements of nature, offers buyers affordable units from within a steady market.
Gregory Klump, who serves as the chief economist at the Canadian Real Estate Association, notes: "Even in Vancouver, you have had some large declines in sales activity and no large decline in prices. In fact, no decline, prices continued to rise. What you really have to do is look at market balance, what happens to supply and demand and the balance between the two." He further asserts that "We are looking at the continuation of a balanced market. Sellers will realistically evaluate 'what it is I can live with in terms of my asking price' and if offers come in below they will let the listing expire."
Bennett agrees with Klump, but also notes that the Canadian real estate market is a highly localized industry--one that, when analyzed as a whole, cannot give a realistic picture of the regional real estate landscape. In Ottawa, she says, the sales of condominiums are steady. In fact, many buyers are seeking out this form of Ottawa housing because of its affordability, amenities, and convenience.
"Qualicum Woods Crossing embodies all of the reasons why the condominium market in Ottawa is still going strong," states Bennett. "The affordability is key, particularly considering the rise in prices that the market has experienced recently. Starting at $189,000 and with condo fees that are up to 50 percent less than those of comparable high rise communities, many people see the units at Qualicum Woods Crossing as a steal."

In order to understand how your eyes work, you should take time to learn about the many different components that make up human vision. The term "field of vision" (also called "field of view") refers to the full range of vision that a person observes at any given moment. Human beings have close to an 180-degree horizontal field of view, granted by our forward-facing eyes. In contrast, many birds have a complete 360-degree field of vision. The vertical range of a human being's field of vision is usually around 100 degrees.
