HICKORY, NC, November 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Hammerhouse LLC, an expanding national recruiting and strategic growth firm for the financial service industry with mortgage sales and leadership placement at its core, announced today it has doubled the size of its Hickory, North Carolina office, the Company's Eastern U.S. headquarters, to meet the increased demands of their expanding client base. In addition, Hammerhouse has hired Lisa Medeiros as Recruiter/Strategic Growth Partner and Brandi Floyd as Recruiting Coordinator, to support and service clients' strategic initiatives for production growth. Both of these developments will also help Hammerhouse prepare for the launch of the Company's operations talent recruiting division, Tactical Ops Recruiting Quality or TORQ powered by Hammerhouse.

Lisa Medeiros joins Hammerhouse with over 25 years of experience in executive recruiting and sales, with significant exposure to the financial services industry. Previously, Ms. Medeiros was an Executive Recruiter with a recruiting firm focusing on sourcing Mortgage Banking professionals. Prior to this position, Ms. Medeiros held various sales positions in financial services and other industries. In her new role at Hammerhouse, Ms. Medeiros will partner with clients to support their production platforms growth in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern markets.
Brandi Floyd joins Hammerhouse with a strong background in inside/outside sales support, marketing and public relations. In her new role as Recruiting Coordinator, Ms. Floyd will be supporting the Eastern U.S. recruiting team as well as clients in the day to day management of all sales support and marketing activities.
