(http://www.kroger.com/), the nation's largest traditional grocery retailer with 16 stores throughout the Triangle and North Carolina, has announced that it will offer cakes from Carlos' Bakery, made famous on TLC's network television show, Cake Boss, starting Sunday, Nov. 4. The first national retailer to market the Cake Boss confections, Kroger will offer two separate cakes for customers - the Badda Bloom and the It's My Party. The carefully-crafted creations are double layers of white and chocolate cake filled with fudge and frosted with buttercream icing. Each cake is retailed at $24.99. Select Triangle stores will offer the cakes starting Nov. 4 and all will receive the cakes over the next few weeks. Contact your local Kroger store to confirm availability.
Since its premier, Cake Boss has attracted more than 140 million viewers across the U.S. With an increasingly strong presence, the television show continues to witness double-digit growth in viewership among adults with each new season and enjoys more than 30 million child viewers between the ages of 2 and 17 years-old.
