POTTSVILLE, PA, November 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) Solar Innovations, Inc. recently made a contribution to the YES Northeast Certificate Program. YES (Your Employability Skills), which is administered by the Northeast PA Manufacturers & Employers Council, is a 120-hour, 1-credit, year-round elective course that addresses the shortfall of basic skills that employers say are lacking in many job applicants. The course addresses 38 modules in all, including communication, team building, interview/resume/cover letter writing, completing a job application, personal finance, conflict resolution, and time management.
In addition to their financial support, Solar Innovations, Inc. also opens up their facility to YES students to tour during the school year. On each tour, President Greg Header takes the students through the different departments of Solar Innovations while sharing industry information, career advice, as well as some personal success stories.

Unique concepts, a custom furniture design firm has teamed with the Manning Design Group to redesign the Cancer Center and Cyberknife unit in Fayetteville, NC.
