2012-11-07
STEUBENVILLE, OH, November 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) Chef Marlon Angelo, the only premier service in the Ohio Valley specializing in personal chef and private catering services, is now available for hire. Chef Marlon Angelo is owned and operated by Marlon Angelo Jackson, C.C. and offers 'palate-specific' private dining cooked in the kitchens of his clients' own private homes. "Wouldn't it be wonderful to feel like a pampered guest in your own home? Perhaps you've worked all week and are hosting a dinner party this weekend, or your entire family is visiting from out-of-town and you're hosting them for dinner., " says Marlon Angelo Jackson, C.C. "I am the answer when you must entertain but are exhausted from work or simply just want to enjoy your guests without the hassle of handling all of the details."

Chef Marlon Angelo is available to prepare cuisines in his clients' homes for dinner and cocktail parties, weddings, holidays, birthdays, BBQs, and more. Chef Marlon Angelo is also able to provide bartending and mixology services. "No two catered events are the same. The hallmark of our service is menu and event customization. Each event and menu is created especially for you so that it reflects the tastes of you and your guests." explains Chef. "Your very own personal chef will be at your beck and call to provide you with your every culinary wish and desire and make your event as special as you imagine!"

When preparing his clients' menus, Chef Marlon Angelo shops for and utilizes only the freshest and finest quality cuts of meat and seafood and all soups, sauces, and salad dressings are prepared fresh. Chef is also able to accommodate child, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic and other special menus.

Chef is able to provide decor and theme planning, service staff, bartenders, equipment rentals and many other details the client requires. All details are customized to the client's specifications during a free in-person consultation designed to glean as much information from the client as possible.

Although most of his services are provided within the client's own kitchen, Chef is also able to cater on location as long as the venue offers a kitchen and allows outside culinary services. No delivery or drop-off services are available as Chef Marlon Angelo only cooks food fresh on-site and does not transport cooked food from location to location.

With this service, Chef meets with the client to design a package of customized menus to be prepared in their own kitchen and frozen to be enjoyed at his clients' leisure. Chef also provides the grocery shopping, packaging, clean-up and reheating instructions for these dinner plans. "It gives us precious time together at the end of a busy day. No shopping . . . no cooking . . . no cleaning up. For us, it's a luxury we can afford," says Susan Elkins, a small business owner and client of Chef Marlon Angelo's. And her husband, Fred, agrees, "When we add up the food and restaurant bills we realize we aren't spending any more than we did before . . . but we're eating like kings."

Other services offered by Chef Marlon Angelo include private and group cooking lessons, romantic dinners, kitchen and pantry stocking / reorganization, bartending and mixology, and menu & restaurant consulting services.
