Steve Allen Joins BKD International Tax Services

DENVER, CO, November 08, 2012

Rob Wagner, managing partner of BKD, LLP's International and State and Local Tax (SALT) services practice, is pleased to announce that Steve Allen has joined BKD's International Tax Services team as a senior managing consultant in the Denver office.

"We are excited to have someone with Steve's skill and experience join our growing transfer pricing team. He adds important additional industry experience to our team," Wagner stated.

Steve has been providing transfer pricing and international tax services since 2001 and economic consulting services for over 15 years.

Before joining BKD, he provided transfer pricing and international tax planning to large multinational clients across many industries including oil and gas, mining, information technology, financial services and health care. He is a frequent speaker on transfer pricing and tax topics at various industry and educational seminars and has written several articles on transfer pricing for industry publications.

Steve is a graduate of University of Kentucky, Lexington, with a B.A. degree and an M.S. degree in economics, and a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, with an M.B.A. degree.
