MORGANTOWN, VA, November 09, 2012 (Press-News.org) MediPurpose, a medical product manufacturer and master distributor, today announced that it has increased its sales staff with the addition of Shawn McKeever as a new regional sales manager.
McKeever's career in the medical device space has spanned more than 12 years. Most recently an accounts manager at Smith & Nephew, he has held similar positions at GE HealthCare and KCI.
Having spent the last five years with Smith & Nephew, McKeever brings a wealth of experience in the advanced wound care market. In his new role, McKeever will initially focus on promoting MediPlus(tm) Advanced Wound Care products to the extended care market and supporting distributors.
"My goal will be to both help institutional customers achieve positive clinical outcomes and to help them meet the challenges of today's economic environment by reducing costs," said McKeever. "I will also be working with our channel partners to provide them with high quality, low cost alternatives to their existing products."
