FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, November 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) Earning the highest rating of 5 stars, Mastercraft Exteriors has won the prestigious CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Roofing Contractors category.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS), honor companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's CMUS Power Rating . Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

A family-owned business with multiple locations throughout the United States, roofing contractor Mastercraft Exteriors was founded in 1996. Through its operations in 23 states, Mastercraft provides roofing and siding services for residential and commercial customers. Fully licensed, insured and bonded, the company is also one of only two roofing contractors in the United States to hold National Platinum Preferred Status with Owens Corning.

"As a family business, it's our strong sense of family morals and integrity that has propelled us to forge a relationship with our friends at Owens Corning," says Vice President of Operations Bryan Becker. "They share the same ideals and commitment to the client as Mastercraft Exteriors. Our clients then receive the intimate relationship they deserve along with the backing of a $6 billion industry innovator like Owens Corning."

Providing outstanding customer service is paramount to the team at Mastercraft Exteriors, as evidenced by its Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award. "We have a 'customer first' motto," says Insurance Specialist Carrie Williams. "Our goal is to make the customer's experience with Mastercraft a positive one. To that end, we continuously work to exceed our customer's expectations by making ourselves available, answering questions honestly and valuing feedback. It's a bit cliche, but we treat every customer as we would want to be treated. We also go above and beyond by closely assisting with the insurance claims process from start to finish."

The Mastercraft team is very proud of winning the Talk of the Town Award, acknowledging the importance of treating customers well. "Our customer's trust and satisfaction has provided us the success we have today," says Becker.

Ongoing training is one of the keys to providing excellent service every time. "Mastercraft employees are devoted to being as knowledgeable in our industry as possible, so we are always able to put the customer's needs first," says Administrations Manager Katie Roman. Employees frequently attend training courses and improvement meetings to ensure the company remains at the top of the field. "Mastercraft offers the best all-around training in the industry."
