iTesso Continues Global Rollout of Cloud-Native Software Solution at IHMRS and Equip'Hôtel

First true Cloud-native hotel management platform continues its global rollout at high-profile hospitality conventions in New York City and Paris.

2012-11-10
WINTER GARDEN, FL, November 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) Hotel Concepts-Brilliant, a leading global provider of technology and software solutions for the hospitality industry, continues the world tour of its revolutionary iTesso solution this month with major trade events on both sides of the Atlantic. iTesso will be demonstrated at New York City's International Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Show (IHMRS), Booth 2951F, and at Equip'Hôtel Paris at Booth 2-G26. IHMRS runs from November 10-13 at New York's Javits Center, while Equip'Hôtel is held November 11-15 at Porte de Versailles in Paris.

As premier hospitality trade shows on their respective continents, IHMRS and Equip'Hôtel will feature a variety of suppliers of hotel and technology products and services, as well as educational sessions.

"iTesso is truly revolutionary in several ways," says CEO Bas Blommaart. "Most importantly, iTesso can be configured in such a way that data can come from any source. For instance, if you are happy with your current guest information data store, than that is what should be used by the PMS or CRS and you shouldn't be forced to go through a periodic export/import exercise or the creation of custom interfaces. Secondly, iTesso is cloud-native. Compared to merely cloud-based software, a cloud-native solution takes advantage of all the benefits the cloud has to offer."

As a Cloud-native system, iTesso is highly scalable and therefore available for independent hotels as well as for large hotel chains. Because iTesso uses the proven Microsoft Azure platform, it is highly available, very secure and always up to date. The cost of the platform is included in the simple subscription fee model used by iTesso. "We have decided to go for an all-inclusive subscription fee based on the number of rooms of the property," explained Blommaart. "This gives hotel management a clear understanding of their fixed operational cost. There are no license or transaction fees and even support & maintenance is included."

iTesso also includes a way for the hotel staff to train themselves on the use of the system. This lowers costs significantly, as it does away with the need to fly in trainers and schedule staff for double shifts. The iTesso e-learning modules are always available, so even with a high staff turnover, each user can start with the same skills, ensuring optimal use of the software at all times.

As part of iTesso's public demonstrations at IHMRS and Equip'Hôtel, Hotel Concepts-Brilliant is offering all hoteliers a free subscription to iTesso, valid through the end of 2012. To schedule a demo of iTesso at IHMRS, please contact Patrick Scully at patrick.scully@itesso.com . To make an appointment at Equip'Hôtel, please contact Rob Langermans at rob.langermans@itesso.com.
