SuperLawyer Magazine has released its list of attorneys in the state of Missouri who have been selected as a SuperLawyer in Missouri for 2012. A familiar name has once again been listed: Daniel P. Finney, Jr., of Finney Law Office, has been once again selected has a SuperLawyer for personal injury work in Missouri. Dan is the current principal and founding member of Finney Law Office, LLC, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was selected last year as well by SuperLawyer Magazine for his work in personal injury litigation.Dan has been trying personal injury cases in St. Louis and surrounding counties in Missouri for over 30 years. Dan began his trial career as a prosecutor in the city of St. Louis where he tried felony murder cases in the circuit court. He then went out on his own and has established one of the top plaintiff's firms in the state of Missouri. He has recorded record verdicts, including records for the largest false imprisonment settlement and the largest verdict against a university hospital in Missouri at the time. He has tried to verdict of over 100 jury trials and handles complex and catastrophic personal injury claims including products liability, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases.
