Paragon invested in the partnership's annual campaign for public education, which funds its work through business and community involvement.

Additionally, Paragon Commercial Bank President and CEO Bob Hatley serves as chair for the Leadership Council. Under Hatley's guidance, the Leadership Council works to achieve Wake Education Partnership's mission to promote the economic health of Wake County through excellence in public education.
