Princess Cruises Welcomes Expedia CruiseShipCenters for Annual National Conference

Expedia CruiseShipCenters is celebrating its 25 Year Anniversary during its 2012 National Conference aboard Ruby Princess .

2012-11-15
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, November 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Expedia CruiseShipCenters is celebrating its 25 Year Anniversary during its 2012 National Conference aboard Ruby Princess . The conference theme, Building Excellence - Celebrating 25 Years, will be reflected in all of the presentations, workshops and celebrations attended by the 600 Franchise Owners and Vacation Consultants onboard.

One of the highlights from Day 2 was the keynote from Jan Swartz, Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Customer Service for Princess Cruises & Cunard Line. Swartz's presentation, "Think Bigger: Change Lives" covered how to achieve success by focusing on why businesses do what they do, rather than what they're selling and how they sell it.

"Expedia CruiseShipCenters has long been a respected partner of Princess Cruises," said Swartz. "We continue to thrive, even during turbulent times, because what we do fundamentally matters to people; we make lifelong memories."

Other esteemed industry professionals including Vicki Freed and Dondra Ritzenthaler, Senior Vice Presidents of Sales for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises respectively, will also be offering keynote presentations onboard, along with Andy Stuart, Executive Vice President, Sales & Passenger Services for Norwegian Cruise Line. All of the conference content is designed to increase the sales and product knowledge of the attendees and help them build their business plans for 2013.

"We are thrilled to be holding this year's National Conference aboard Ruby Princess and having Jan Swartz present has been inspiring for our Franchise Owners and Consultants," said Matthew Eichhorst, President of Expedia CruiseShipCenters. "Because we are celebrating our 25 year anniversary this year, it is especially important for us to reflect on where we have been and how we are going to achieve our vision of becoming the #1 Cruise Vacation Specialist in the world. Jan's expertise and experience offered real insight to help us to clarify our goals and implement a strategic plan to achieve them in the coming years."
