Del Sur Expands Opportunity for Homeownership With Release of New Homes

FILLMORE, CA, November 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Buyers in search of their dream home at Del Sur have a number of new options to choose from, as the community north of Rancho Santa Fe is growing. The 1,800-acre master-planned community is welcoming 98 new home sites from two homebuilders, plus two new parks.

Two builders who are currently building at Del Sur - Standard Pacific Homes and California West Communities— will continue providing these meaningful homeownership opportunities.
The builders have closed on new parcels situated along the peninsula of Del Sur, overlooking Santaluz and Lusardi Creek.

Standard Pacific Homes is expanding its Presidio community—well received for spacious and flexible floor plans—with the addition of 56 homes.

California West Communities is expanding its presence with 42 new homes. The builder will continue its Valencia neighborhood, where the homes emphasize a connection to the outdoors with an open-air living room aptly named the Del Sur Room.

Shea Homes also continues to offer opportunities for homeownership at Del Sur with its stylish condominium homes, Mandolin. Available in five different floor plans, the homes range from 1,643 to 2,333 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Mandolin homes are currently priced from the mid-$400,000s.
Each neighborhood at Del Sur is surrounded by mature trees, native landscaping and connected pathways and trails that draw the community together. The community currently offers six parks, five year-round swimming pools heated with solar panels, as well as 18 miles of shared, meandering trails.

Next year, residents can expect the opening of two new parks-- Beltaire Park and High Rose Park-- with features such as a bocce ball court, solar-heated pools, playground and more.
