The home sold in 38 days in a cash transaction for $117.45 per square foot. "I brought the seller three cash offers at the same time," said Marlowe, who was the listing agent for the property. This is the second time in the past six months that Marlowe has broken a neighborhood price point, which she frequently has done in her 12-year career.
The property is located at 3719 72nd E. Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34243. The Trails is a University Parkway Corridor subdivision located west of Tuttle Avenue off Tallevast Road in Manatee County.
The three-bedroom, two-bath Arthur Rutenberg home has 1,490 square feet under air plus a screened lanai, and is located within two minutes' walking distance of the community pool and tennis courts.
