TIPLA aims to unite professionals practicing in the field of intellectual property law, and to preserve the fundamental principles of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks and copyrights. Bradley previously served as the association's webmaster before being named secretary.
At Coats + Bennett, Bradley uses his industry experience and computer engineering background to handle patent matters involving telecommunications, software and other technology. He holds a degree in computer engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from the Wayne State University Law School in Detroit. In addition to his position as TIPLA secretary, he serves as co-editor of the IP Links publication of the Intellectual Property Section of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA).
