WESTPORT, CT, November 22, 2012 (Press-News.org) On November 15, 2012, Jack Mullen, Founder and Managing Director of Summer Street Advisors, LLC, hosted the fourth Roundtable Networking Breakfast in his 2012 quarterly series. The presentation was based on his recently published article, "Construction Debt Casts Long Shadow Over Banks' CRE Portfolios."
Mr. Mullen's latest event was the most well-attended of the series to date, with participants from various New York-area financial and real estate investment firms such as Aareal Capital Corporation, Barclays, Taconic Capital Advisors LP and Cantor Fitzgerald Securities.
"The thought-leaders at this event had diverse backgrounds and a wide-range of experience in the CRE space," commented Jack Mullen. "My analysis of the Acquisition, Development and Construction data evolved into an overall examination of the level of risk and the slow rate of recovery of the AD&C sector, and how these factors are affecting community and mid-sized banks."
Based on the success and positive feedback about the 2012 Roundtable Series, Mr. Mullen is in the planning stages for his 2013 program. For information on upcoming events and to register, please email info@summerstreetre.com
