Taylor Morrison Announces the Addition of a Golf Course to Esplanade

SARASOTA, FL, November 23, 2012

Taylor Morrison is pleased to announce nearly 400 acres of land adjacent to Esplanade, one of the developer's most popular communities in Lakewood Ranch, is under contract. This land purchase will allow Taylor Morrison to add an 18-hole championship golf course to the community, thus prompting an official name change to Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch. The official name change is planned for early 2013, just after closing on the parcel which is scheduled for later this year.
