COLUMBUS, OH, November 25, 2012 (Press-News.org) Barre workouts are proven to produce lean, strong legs, flatten abs, toned arms and a firm butt. Utilizing a ballet barre, controlled movements, interval training, yoga and Pilates inspired exercises - you will experience greater flexibility, increased strength and visible results no matter your current fitness level.

BarreFusion's total body sculpting, high-energy, low-impact workouts will effectively and safely transform your body. All workouts are aimed at getting your body into the shape you want it to be. To get you started, BarreFusion is offering a new member special promotion of $100 for one month of classes (attend up to 3x per week) or $80 per month (attend 2x week). Class passes are also available in various increments and are good for two months. You can also try one class for just $15.
