2012-11-28
GRAND RAPIDS, MI, November 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has been recognized as a "Go-To Law Firm" by American Lawyer Media.

Warner Norcross was nominated by medical device manufacturer Stryker Corp. as a Go-To Law Firm for patent prosecution. Recognition on the list was based on independent research of several factors. Data was gathered from Fortune 500 Companies' general counsel and through research in key databases to determine which law firms Fortune 500 companies rely upon for outside counsel in a number of key practice areas.

"We are very pleased to be recognized by Stryker as a valuable resource," said Douglas E. Wagner, managing partner of Warner Norcross. "We know our clients rely on us as key business partners, and we strive to perform at a level that continually exceeds their expectations. We are honored to be included selected as a Go-To Law Firm."

In addition to patent prosecution, the 20+ attorneys in the Technology & Intellectual Property practice group have handled virtually every type of intellectual property dispute, including due diligence reviews, patent infringement, trademark and copyright violations, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets. While based in Michigan, the firm's practice is international in scope.

Warner Norcross will be highlighted in a directory of leading law firms distributed to more than 500 general counsel throughout the United States. The digital edition of the In-House Law Departments at the Top 500 Companies guide will be featured online at Law.com.

This is the second year Warner Norcross, which has six offices throughout the state, has been featured on the Go-To Law Firm list.
