Raleigh Fitness Center Offering Personal Training Program To Members And Non-Members Beginning Nov. 27

RALEIGH, NC, November 29, 2012 (Press-News.org) Rapid Fitness (http://www.rapidfitness.com), Raleigh's leading gym and fitness center, has announced that the gym will host "Rapid Fitness Boot Camp," a four-week training program designed to optimize fitness results, at its North Ridge location at 6150 Falls of Neuse Road. The program runs from Tuesday, Nov. 27 through Thursday, Dec. 20, and both members and non-members can take part. Boot Camp participants will receive two personal training sessions, three hot yoga sessions and one nutritional consultation per week.
