LateRooms.com - Feast Festival Coming to Adelaide in November

South Australia's leading gay and lesbian community festival will take place during November 2010.

2010-10-15
ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA, October 15, 2010 (Press-News.org) Adelaide is gearing up to host the Feast festival, an arts event put on by the local gay and lesbian community.

Now in its 14th year, Feast is set to take place between November 13th and 28th 2010 at sites throughout the South Australian capital, with a wide array of entertainment planned.

The organisers have described the festival as a "truly international event", with performers booked from all over the world and visitors expected to travel from far and wide to attend.

With such a high level of interest anticipated, anyone planning to attend would be wise to book Adelaide city hotels as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

On the bill at this year's Feast will be a variety of activities, taking in sports, art, cinema and cuisine.

While people staying in Adelaide hotels will be able to pick out their own highlights, one of the shows that looks like being a real must-see is the Comedy Gayla at The Ballroom.

The likes of Lori Bell, The Town Bikes and Canada's DeAnne Smith are set to perform at this showpiece event from 20:00 local time on November 16th, with tickets available for A$20.

Some of the activities require an admission fee, while others are completely free.

For more information on this event, visit the Feast website or contact the organisers on (+ 61) 8 8463 0684.
