INVISTA'S CORDURA Brand Team Welcomes Catherine Anderson Jones, European Marketing Communications Manager, Performance and Protective Fabrics

RALEIGH, NC, November 30, 2012 (Press-News.org) INVISTA's CORDURA brand team welcomes Catherine Anderson Jones as the Marketing Communications Manager for the Performance and Protective Fabrics division in Europe.

In her new role, Anderson Jones will be responsible for management of all European marketing communications activities through developing, maintaining and growing marketing support relationships. She will also help define and develop targeted European regional marketing strategies and campaigns and will drive the development of product branding tactics.

"We are eager to have Catherine join our team," said Cindy McNaull, global CORDURA brand marketing director. "We have full confidence in her ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing CORDURA brand customers and continue to drive our brand marketing activities throughout the region."

Anderson Jones has a combined textiles, economics and marketing degree from Manchester University and 25 years of experience in developing, coordinating and leading marketing campaigns. With her experience, Anderson Jones will work with the CORDURA brand global team to develop key messages and manage the subsequent regional marketing communications activities.

Before joining the CORDURA brand team, Anderson Jones was a freelance marketing consultant for various organizations in the U.K. She also served as marketing communications manager for the Communications Division of Thomas & Betts Corporation in Memphis, T.N. for 10 years. Her responsibilities included development and coordination of advertising and public relations activities, managing the U.S. regional and international trade show program, web initiatives and division budget allocations. Catherine is also a world traveler and brings a wealth of cultural knowledge to the CORDURA brand team.
