TAMPA, FL, November 30, 2012 (Press-News.org) Beef 'O' Brady's, the community-centric family sports pub franchise best known for its award-winning Buffalo wings, announced today the signing of a milestone master franchise agreement with the Cedars Group to open multiple restaurants in Mongolia over the next several years. Executives with the company say that the first unit in the agreement will open in Ulaanbaatar.
"While Beef 'O' Brady's has withstood the test of time for nearly 30 years, the timing has never been better than now to invest with the company due in part to its consistent menu innovation, improved marketing tactics and enhanced restaurant design," said Malek Seifeddine, Business Development Manager with Cedars Group. "Beef 'O' Brady's will be an attractive addition to our portfolio because the food and atmosphere is universally-appealing and because their seasoned management team has cracked the formula to achieving sustained success in the U.S. and abroad."
Although Mongolia is an uncharted territory for Beef 'O' Brady's, the brand is no stranger to developing its family-friendly concept abroad. In February 2012, Beef 'O' Brady's announced the signing of a master franchise agreement with Food Fabulous to open five restaurants in Qatar over the next 10 years. Beef 'O' Brady's also has signed deals in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia - which will open in Q1 2013. As Beef 'O' Brady's sets its sights on further international development in such countries as China, Dubai, Canada and Mexico, executives with the company are taking a careful approach to identifying area developers and master franchise partners with business savvy, tenacity and a readiness to reinvest in their communities.
"To say that we're thrilled to bring Beef 'O' Brady's to the great country of Mongolia would be an understatement," said Chris Elliott, CEO of Beef 'O' Brady's. "The Cedars Group has a storied history of making sound investments - including investing in the iconic American brand, Cinnabon - and attracting a group of their business acumen and esteemed reputation is a true testament to our business model."
Like all domestic Beef 'O' Brady's restaurants, the Mongolia locations will put a major emphasis on community outreach. Since the company's inception, each Beef 'O' Brady's has been committed to strengthening local ties through philanthropic partnerships and volunteerism.
