Mr. Conrad's practice is focused on public and private financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting energy, real estate and commercial credit facilities. A Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent-rated attorney, Mr. Conrad represents real estate entities in their acquisition, disposition and leasing activities, including the structuring of planned developments and condominiums. He also represents individual businesses and major corporations in negotiating and preparing related corporate agreements and operational arrangements.
