VIDA PR & Marketing Group Focuses on Customer Experience to Create Strong Brands

VIDA's "Customer Experience Audit (CEA)" is a custom tool, designed by VIDA PR, to assess seven areas of key importance in offering customers outstanding experiences, thus increasing revenue and a positive brand.

In that time, Dominique Anderson, the firm's Owner and President, and her team have designed the Customer Experience Audit, a custom six-point assessment to evaluate seven areas of a businesses' customer experience, including pre-visit connection, visit experience, on-location presentation, post visit connection, overall marketing/PR/advertising program, and brand reputation via various media outlets, including social media.

In addition to over 15 years of PR & marketing experience, Dominique is a member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association, and has a particular passion for customer experience and customer service. However, unlike personal shopping, the CEA includes a summative report that includes recommendations for businesses in marketing/PR/advertising, customer service, location improvements and planning, branded customer appreciation systems, and online reputation monitoring and management.
