Needless to say, when Cathy Lazarus (wife of attorney Marc Lazarus) provided the lawyers of Russell & Lazarus with a great opportunity to give back to less fortunate children at the Buena Vida Orphanage in Mexico, the team jumped at it. Cathy's bother, Claude, has a good friend in Mexico who volunteers at the orphanage and assisted with the introduction.
On December 7, 2012, Russell & Lazarus turned their law firm into Santa's workshop, making Christmas gift boxes for the 29 orphans, aged 3 months to 14 years, who live at the Orphanage. The team spent the afternoon assembling boxes filled with various "stocking stuffers"; including toys, hair accessories, and more, that the kids at Buena Vida Orphanage will be sure to enjoy!
