Persuasion is common in our everyday lives. From time to time, we either allow ourselves to be persuaded or go about persuading others. It takes more than just friendliness. Here are 3 steps to persuading people by seduction1. Understand That Persuasion Is Seduction
Whatever business you are in, you promote yourself first through your approach, tone and personality.
If I do not like you, chances are I will not buy from you but if your competitor comes along, I will buy from him or her if I am more comfortable with that person.
Persuasion is seduction. When I say seduction, I do not necessarily mean you go about flirting with others into bed although such incidents do happen in particular with women.
What I really mean is touching the person's emotional heart before getting him or her to take action the way you want.
2 Being More Confident
Being more confident is another important step.
It comes from within you. In order to do that, you need to know very well or even more than others in regards to what you are doing.
You also need to be unique in certain way as if doing what most people hardly do but you know people are going to benefit greatly from it.
The best way to do that based on my experience is to watch TV dramas and movies. Observe and note mentally how one actor persuades another.
Alternatively you can watch and listen to motivational videos on video sites like Youtube and Viddler.
Although thinking you can is good, you need more than just that if you do not know or have no idea of what you are doing.
3. Finding And Mastering Just One Technique
Although there are many techniques, you do not need to know them all.
What you need to do is finding and mastering just one technique. That best suits you based on your personality and capability. Give yourself at least a month to stick and persevere practising with it until you reach perfection.
Once you have achieved that, then you go about finding and mastering other techniques.
In a nutshell, persuasion is like selling. It is also a battle of perception rather than who is right and wrong. So as you present with that person's best interest in mind and give value, there is really no reason why that person will not want to invest his time and money with you.
