City collection investors choose between Premium and Associate Shares. The former is a GBP120,000 investment for a full property share and up to 23 nights annually, or for Associate members an investment of GBP65,000 for a half share and up to 12 nights a year to enjoy the Apartments. City Collection Property Fund investors contribute 0.75% of the present share value annually towards the property portfolio's investment long-term capital investment growth.
