BALTIMORE, MD, August 21, 2010 (Press-News.org) Millions of people can now view MOS Creative's mobile-friendly Web site from their phones, a leaner version of the full site with essential capabilities, and images and videos completely functional on all phone browsers. MOS is the first creative agency in Baltimore to make a mobile site available. Accessing http://www.moscreative.com from a mobile phone will automatically redirect to the mobile site.
MOS focused on user experience when designing the mobile site. "It's all about making things easier and more convenient when you're looking at it from a smaller screen," says Graphic Designer at MOS, Dorothy Phillips. "Web pages weren't meant for mobile, but that's how most people are viewing them. We didn't just want people to see our site from a mobile device; we wanted our clients to be able to actually USE it."
Design for MOS' mobile site is strategically focused on task-centric navigation, performance and response time. Large buttons replace hard-to-access links, and a clean interface makes navigation simple. Viewers can scroll through MOS' full portfolio of images and videos, read details about all its services, meet the team, and easily link to the firm's social network followings.
MOS is also currently working on the launch of its Web2Mobile (W2M) interface, asoftware that gives people the ability to easily convert their existing Web site into a mobile-friendly site. According to research from Morgan Stanley, 25% of consumers use their mobile phones to access the Internet every day. Within the next two years, there will be 1.7 billion subscribers using mobile Internet services.
Since 2005, MOS has provided innovative graphic design concepts and marketing strategies to a variety of clients.
