Company Notes Bulk Growth Comes In Second Half

HERMOSA BEACH, CA, December 21, 2012 (Press-News.org) PowerStone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that in 2012 it has added twenty-two new Home Owner Associations to its client roster representing a 25% growth jump from the previous year. Its professional staff has also increased by 12% over last year with the addition of 5 new employees. Client additions include a mix of new condominium, master planned, single family, and commercial properties.

"Out of the 22 or so associations we gained this year, most came in the 3rd and 4th quarters." Reports CEO Rene' Decker, who adds, "The momentum is definitely with us as we look toward celebrating our 20th year in 2013 with the addition of two new associations kicking off the New Year."

PowerStone is planning to celebrate its 20th anniversary by continuing its support of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF).
