NORWICH, CT, December 23, 2012 (Press-News.org) New England's leading supplier of specialty gases and welding equipment announces the opening of its newest store in Naugatuck, Connecticut. The new store facility was acquired on December 21, 2012 from Industrial Gas and Supply (IGS), a local welding supply and specialty gas business in Naugatuck, Connecticut. As the newest acquired Maine Oxy location, the Naugatuck storefront will now offer local residents and businesses top quality products and services from Maine Oxy including industrial, medical & specialty gases along with name brand welding and safety supplies. Maine Oxy has aquired all industrial assets and will continue operations at 11 Rado Drive, Naugatuck CT 06770.

Maine Oxy's commitment to customer service and success as an employee-owned company led IGS to select Maine Oxy as the new owner of the Connecticut location.
