BROOKLYN, NY, December 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) The TrueConf video conferencing solution for OS X is designed for OS X 10.7 and its newer versions. It provides video conferencing calls for the corporate video network- based TrueConf Server, as well as the cloud video conferencing service TrueConf Online. Currently, TrueConf solutions for OS X are available for download on the TrueConf website: http://trueconf.com/download/trueconf-client.dmg
TrueConf experts implemented a number of tasks in developing this new application, providing integration into hand-held systems (iPhone, iPad, etc), and have introduced a new user interface.
Users can look through their address book, search for other users, and receive and make video calls. The video conferencing service currently works in window mode. The hardware configuration and network settings can be easily adjusted by users.
"For us, release of the TrueConf OS X version is a logical development for iPhone and iPad solutions," says Mikhail Gotalsky, TrueConf CEO. "The rapid development of technologies for unified communications during 2012 clearly showed that nowadays, businessmen look for devices and platforms with full-fledged compatibility and support. We consider our customers wishes and present our Mac app, which is totally compatible with our mobile and cloud solutions as well as with TrueConf Server".
Following the development of the OS X application, our plan is to provide support for the full-screen video conferencing mode and group video conferencing in the near future.
