DOYLESTOWN, PA, August 21, 2010 (Press-News.org) Krista Harper, Esq., partner of Bucks County law firm Curtin & Heefner LLP, will speak about "Marcellus Shale - Dissection of a Gas Lease" at a continuing legal education (CLE) program on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the Bucks County Bar Association in Doylestown, PA.
Harper, a real estate and business attorney, will present alongside James Shallenberger, a professional geologist with Princeton Hydro in Ringoes, N.J. During the program Harper and Shallenberger will review, evaluate and discuss legal and environmental issues surrounding gas lease agreements in Pennsylvania.
