Curtin & Heefner Attorney Krista Harper Speaks at Bucks County Bar Association CLE on August 26

The Bucks County Bar Association will host a CLE on August 26 with speaker and Bucks County Real Estate Lawyer Krista Harper.

DOYLESTOWN, PA, August 21, 2010 (Press-News.org) Krista Harper, Esq., partner of Bucks County law firm Curtin & Heefner LLP, will speak about "Marcellus Shale - Dissection of a Gas Lease" at a continuing legal education (CLE) program on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the Bucks County Bar Association in Doylestown, PA.

Harper, a real estate and business attorney, will present alongside James Shallenberger, a professional geologist with Princeton Hydro in Ringoes, N.J. During the program Harper and Shallenberger will review, evaluate and discuss legal and environmental issues surrounding gas lease agreements in Pennsylvania.

CLE program participants will receive one substantive credit for attending the event. The program will be hosted from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. with food and refreshments offered to all attendees. Fees to participate in the CLE event are: $30 for bar members; $45 for non-members; and $15 for individuals who are not attorneys. Harper's areas of concentration include business, real estate and finance. She represents clients in major transactions and acts as general counsel.
