ROSEBURG, OR, January 02, 2013 (Press-News.org) Laura Floeck, President of the High Spirits Horse Ranch announced today the official opening of the High Spirits Horse Ranch in Roseburg Oregon. Floeck said today the facility is open and operational for limited horse boarding services, including full care pasture boarding and full care indoor stall boarding. New amenities are being planned and constructed presently to provide an array of training and management tools for various equine disiplines, Floeck said she expects most of these upgrades to be completed by Spring 2013.
The High Spirits Horse Ranch is structured over the failed remains of the infamous Paint Bucket Ranch, which operated in the same location for about 15 years prior to its demise in 2012. The High Spirits Horse Ranch management is not affiliated with the previous Paint Bucket Operations or management. Laura Floeck, the owner of High Spirits Horse Ranch said, " It is our mission to provide a family friendly and positive experience for every customer and visitor we encounter."
The Roseburg area has several horse boarding facilities throughout the many Umpqua Valleys surrounding it, however the High Spirits Horse Ranch is a new idea, located in an old place.
