Morris Kaye & Sons Furs Helps Local Hospital with Toys

Morris Kaye & Sons Furs helps Methodist Children's Hospital with December toy drive.

2013-01-04
DALLAS, TX, January 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) Morris Kaye & Sons Furs is pleased to announce their annual December toy drive was a huge success. The goal of the toy drive is to collect toys for the children who will be spending Christmas in the Methodist Children's Hospital, particularly those in the HOTS wing, which stands for hematology, oncology, transplant and support. All the toys and money donated through the drive were given to this area of the hospital to help the patients enjoy the holiday season despite their illnesses.

This year, the toy drive managed to collect two full car loads of gifts to distribute to the patients treated for cancer in the hospital. All the unwrapped donations were carefully wrapped and transported to the hospital where they were given to the children, brightening up their holiday season. In addition to two car loads of gifts, Morris Kaye & Sons Furs also collected enough money to purchase several brand new video game systems for the wing, giving the children something they can enjoy to keep their minds off the treatments they receive and their illnesses, helping them live a more normal life.

Morris Kaye & Sons Furs enjoys helping charities such as this one, especially during the difficult holiday season. Anyone who is interested in learning more about the charity work Morris Kaye & Sons Furs participates in on an annual basis can find out more by visiting the Morris Kaye & Sons Furs website or by calling 1-214-631-0804.
