Rosedale Golf and Country Club Announces Major Expansion -- 445 Single Family Homes to Be Built Adjacent to Existing Community

Rosedale Golf and Country Club, a well-known community established in 1993, will expand its presence in Southwest Florida with new construction.

2013-01-04
SARASOTA, FL, January 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) Rosedale Golf and Country Club, a well-known community established in 1993, will expand its presence in Southwest Florida with new construction. The developer plans 445 single family homes on 237.3 acres adjacent to the existing residences. Rosedale Links will be designed and built in keeping with the natural and mature beauty of the existing community.

Patrick Hogan, vice president of the Hunt Group of Companies and president of its development subsidiary, Rosedale Construction, is enthusiastic about the expansion. "We were exclusive builders of the original 650 residences at Rosedale and we feel the time is right for this new phase. Both demand for homes in established communities, as well as for new-home construction, is on the upswing. And with only 22 homes available for re-sale in the existing community and nine new homes, we knew we had to respond to consumer demand".

Rosedale Construction recently completed three designer-furnished models within Rosedale, each of which can also be replicated within the new phase including standard homesite for all others. Each model features an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, and den. The Jubilee is 1,764 square feet and priced at $298,000, The Rosa is 1,993 square feet and priced at $322,000, and The Pristine VI is 2,395 square feet and priced at $387,000.
