MGM Trial Services is located outside of Baltimore, MD, in the suburb of Lutherville, MD, though the firm now services the entire Mid-Atlantic region.

Additional regional markets that will now fall under the firm's regional service area include: Philadelphia, PA (and surrounding cities within Pennsylvania), and Northern Virginia (NoVA) including Arlington county, Fairfax county, Frederick county, Loudon county and Prince William county.
