The P90X program will be held at Rapid Fitness' Glenwood Avenue location and consist of five trainers leading the class. To introduce this popular program, Rapid Fitness is offering a one-month pilot with free classes to current members. By eliminating wrinkles and other signs of aging, these treatments allow 30- and 40-somethings to avoid the realities of surgery until they truly need it. While a facelift is an appropriate method for reversing more pronounced signs of aging, Dr. Stuart says, minimally invasive facial rejuvenation treatments will often meet the needs of younger patients.
