Kathleen Gleaves, Gleaves Consulting, will be the featured speaker. She brings 12 years of experience in aviation and maritime security and emergency management. Her experience developing plans and conducting emergency drills and exercises covers security issues and a full range of natural and man-made disasters. Her company has developed business continuity and emergency operations plans including disaster debris management, bio-hazard contamination, and regional transportation recovery. She has facilitated and evaluated regional exercises from tabletops to full scale; including security breach scenarios, air crashes from both airline and airport perspectives, earthquakes, pandemics, severe storms, and mass casualty events. Gleaves Consulting is based in Seattle, Washington.

Buls will serve as the webinar moderator.
