Paragon Bank Relocating Charlotte Operations To New SouthPark Office Space

Commercial Bank Purchases 16,427-Square-Foot Office On Morrison Boulevard In SouthPark

CHARLOTTE, NC, January 10, 2013 (Press-News.org) Paragon Bank (http://www.paragoncommercial.com) has announced that the bank will relocate its Charlotte operations into a new 16,427-square-foot office building at 6337 Morrison Blvd in the SouthPark neighborhood. The office space previously was occupied by UBS Financial Services Inc., which will move to the SouthPark Towers on Fairview Road later in January.

Paragon has listed its present office, 9,562 square feet in the Two Piedmont Town Center building, for sublease with Lincoln Harris, a Charlotte-based rental company. The office space will be available on Wednesday, May 1, and the sublease term runs through early 2019.

The move will allow for future planned growth within the bank. Paragon executives also intend the new facility to add convenience for its existing commercial and private banking clients.
