PeakColo Names New Vice President of Finance and Administration

Sharon Kincl to champion the cloud service provider's financial and investor relations

LITTLETON, CO, January 10, 2013 (Press-News.org) PeakColo, a leading enterprise-class IaaS Cloud service provider to service providers, announced the addition of Ms. Sharon Kincl as Vice President of Finance and Administration. Ms. Kincl will oversee all aspects of PeakColo's financial management, and she will also participate in investor relations and strategic financial planning alongside CEO and Founder Luke Norris.

Prior to joining PeakColo, Ms. Kincl was the Vice President of Finance & Treasurer at Vico Software, Inc., a global software and consulting firm leading the 5D virtual construction Building Information Management industry. Vico Software was recently acquired by Trimble Navigation Systems. Prior to that, Ms. Kincl was the Chief Financial Officer of Fetter Logic, Inc., a premier provider of ASP technology and consulting services solutions to the financial and investment industries. Additionally Ms. Kincl held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Persona, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer at Intelliquest Information Group, Inc. Ms. Kincl earned a B.S. in Accounting from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
