BAD AXE, MI, January 16, 2013 (Press-News.org) Global Lift Corporation, the nation's largest pool lift manufacturer, has increased pool lift production to meet the demand created by the January 2013 deadline for the Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA.
According to the latest ADA guidelines, by January 31 large pools located in private and public industries must have at least two accessible points of entry, and small pools must have at least one accessible point of entry. In both cases, at least one means of entry must be either a pool lift or sloped entry.
Global Lift Corporation is the nation's only ISO-9001 certified pool lift manufacturer and their lifts are all ADA compliant. Available pool lift categories include Commercial, Rotational, Superior, and Proformance. All Global Lift products are created in the United States.
Rotational pool lifts are specifically designed to help individuals get into above ground pools and are customized for either extended height or extended reach. Portable lifts can be moved from one point to another or even between pools in the same area, and they have the ability to be bolted into a fixed position. The maximum lift capacity available is 450 pounds.
