RALEIGH, NC, January 17, 2013 (Press-News.org) The Junior League of Raleigh (http://www.jlraleigh.org), an organization of women committed to improving the community through volunteerism and leadership, has announced that President Pat Wilkins will speak on a panel at the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce's Chamber Executive Women's Luncheon on Thursday, Jan. 17. The event will take place at the Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle, located at 210 Harrison Blvd., from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. During the event, Wilkins will discuss the topic: "Connecting with a Cause: How Engaging with Nonprofits Benefits Your Business." She will be joined by local business professionals and nonprofit leaders, including Sandi Macdonald, president and CEO of the North Carolina Symphony; Michele Reeves, manager of organizational development and human resources at SAS; and Crystal Suazo, partner at Vaco Raleigh LLC.
