HomeSphere Rolls Out Advanced Digital Tools, New Partnerships for 2013
2013-01-21
DENVER, CO, January 21, 2013 (Press-News.org) Just in time for NAHB's International Builders' Show (IBS), Lakewood-based HomeSphere, Inc., provider of digital lead-generation and customer loyalty solutions to the residential construction industry, announces the addition of three new manufacturer customers and a slate of new opportunities for industry partners to capitalize on the projected growth in the homebuilding market.

"During the downcycle, we created new offerings to help the industry adapt, with ready-to-use digital marketing services," said Glenn Renner, HomeSphere's President and COO. "As the market improves, HomeSphere is positioned to help builders and manufacturers operate more efficiently and outperform industry projections."

At the show, HomeSphere will kick off a new partnership with publishing industry leader Lebhar-Friedman's new digital publication, Residential Building Products and Technology, at a jointly hosted Jan. 23 preview party. The partnership sprung from the pair's shared mission -- providing products and services that connect builders and building product manufacturers more directly through technology. Guests will get a sneak peek at the publication, which is expected to launch late January.

HomeSphere will also welcome three new building product manufacturing partners at IBS, including international quality door manufacturer Masonite, lighting fixture manufacturer Progress Lighting and Rubbermaid, with its expansive shelving and storage product lines for kitchen, bathroom, outdoor living and closets. More than 70 preferred manufacturers now use HomeSphere's platform to secure ultra-targeted connections with a more measurable return.

HomeSphere's executive leadership team and regional sales managers will attend the show. Contact Heather Knutson for more information (720-974-5089 or hknutson@homesphere.com) or visit www.homesphere.com.

2013-01-20
COLUMBUS, Ohio – New research links loneliness to a number of dysfunctional immune responses, suggesting that being lonely has the potential to harm overall health. These proteins signal the presence of inflammation, and chronic inflammation is linked to numerous conditions, including coronary heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, arthritis ...

From bullying to relationships: Mapping our online communications

2013-01-20
January 19, 2013 – New Orleans – When we typically think of kids who are the victims of school bullying, what comes to mind are isolated youth who do not fit in. The research is part of a burgeoning field of study into the effects of social media on everyday relationships and behavior. Personality and social psychologists are finding surprising ways in which people's online ...

Wind in the willows boosts biofuel production

Wind in the willows boosts biofuel production
2013-01-20
Willow trees cultivated for 'green energy' can yield up to five times more biofuel if they grow diagonally, compared with those that are allowed to grow naturally up towards the sky. Now British researchers have identified a genetic trait that causes this effect and is activated in some trees when they sense they are at an angle, such as where they are blown sideways in windy conditions. The ...
