J. Darren Jones Joins SEPI Engineering & Construction As Estimator And Project Manager

WILMINGTON, NC, January 23, 2013 (Press-News.org) Sepi Asefnia, president and founder of SEPI Engineering & Construction (http://www.sepiengineering.com), a firm which provides civil engineering and planning services to private and public sector clients across the Southeast, has announced the addition of J. Darren Jones as an estimator and project manager. In this position, Jones will use his two decades of industry experience to lead business development and project estimation efforts.

A native of New Bern, N.C., Jones received his bachelor's degree in construction management from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C., and later served four years in the U.S. Army and four years in the U.S. Army National Guard. Prior to joining SEPI Engineering & Construction, he served as a project manager with C.A. Lewis in Greenville for five years and as a chief estimator and project manager with Hale Building Company for seven years. Jones is active in the local community both professionally and personally. He is a member of the Professional Construction Estimators Association (PCEA), the Wilmington Historical Society, the Lower Cape Fear Small & Diverse Business Coalition, and the Saint Andrews Episcopal Church Choir, and volunteers regularly with the Star Mentorship Program and Habitat for Humanity. Jones resides in Wilmington with his wife and two children.
