COLUMBUS, OH, October 20, 2010 (Press-News.org) The seminar will take place on Tuesday, October 26, at 7:45 pm, at the Shao-Lin Do Center, 3848 Lattimer Street in Hilliard and is geared toward people who have 50 or more pounds to lose and need the help and motivation to get started.
In this low-key, no-pressure environment, Yun will take the participants through a mini boot-camp circuit to demonstrate the exercises and show them that they can do it. He will also explain Yun Fitness's approach to nutrition.
Attendees will receive several helpful DVDs and e-books, as well as a free two-week trial to Yun Fitness Boot Camps.
