Former StarTek CEO Larry Jones Named Executive Chairman of Coalfire

Industry veteran will focus on growth initiatives and the development of the next generation of Navis SaaS offering

LOUISVILLE, CO, January 25, 2013 (Press-News.org) Coalfire, a leading independent IT governance, risk and compliance (IT GRC) firm, has named Larry Jones to the newly created position of executive chairman. Jones has been on Coalfire's board of directors since August 2011.

Jones has more than 25 years of experience building, operating and growing both public and private companies in a number of industries, including enterprise software, IT and marketing services and business process outsourcing. He has served as the CEO of six companies and as a director for 13 private equity, public and VC-backed companies, and two in an executive chairman capacity.

"Larry is a long-time advisor and friend, and his technology, leadership and transaction experience will add depth to the management team," said Rick Dakin, Coalfire's CEO and co-founder. • Served over 1,000 clients in 2012 in the retail, healthcare, financial services and government sectors;
• Expanded staff from under 50 in 3 offices in 2010 to over 150 in 7 offices today;

• Established thought leadership for cloud security, mobile audit and service provider compliance reporting;
