Carl Michael McCurley Named Among Top 100 Attorneys in U.S. by Worth Magazine

Worth magazine has named renowned family lawyer Carl Michael McCurley of Dallas as one of the country's Top 100 attorneys.

DALLAS, TX, January 26, 2013 (Press-News.org) Worth magazine has named renowned family lawyer Carl Michael McCurley of Dallas as one of the country's Top 100 attorneys.

Mr. McCurley, founder of Dallas' McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is the only Dallas lawyer to be featured in the exclusive listing and one of only five attorneys from Texas to appear on the list, which was published in the November 2008 issue of Worth.

The Top 100 list recognizes the nation's top attorneys specializing in philanthropy, elder care, matrimonial, trust and estates, and other private practice areas. To create the list, Worth's editors sought nominations from readers and professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, who regularly interact with lawyers. The magazine's editorial team then pared the list through a detailed vetting process.

"I'm honored that Worth included me on this prestigious list, and I hope to continue to live up to those expectations," Mr. McCurley says.

In addition to the Worth honor, Mr. McCurley has earned recognition on every Texas Super Lawyers list since 2003, and is perennially honored in D Magazine's list of "The Best Lawyers in Dallas." In addition, in 2002 and 2007, he was named among the state's top five Family Law attorneys in the "Go-To Guide" published by Texas Lawyer newspaper.
