Larry Melton is presently Assistant Commissioner, Office of Facilities Management & Services Programs for GSA/PBS. With an owned and leased portfolio totaling over 360 million square feet, he is responsible for the oversight of the Offices of Smart & Sustainable Buildings and Tenant Services. These offices deliver world class facility operations, energy, environment and sustainability programs, mobile workplace solutions, small projects and reimbursable services, as well manage the entire building occupant experience through amenities and services. Among his current priorities is the implementation of a Smart Buildings strategy designed to improve performance and services across GSA's portfolio for over one million tenants by increasing utilization and operating with greater efficiency.

Darrell Smith is the Director of Facilities & Energy for Microsoft's Real Estate and Facilities division and oversees its 15 million square foot headquarters campus in Redmond, WA. He also manages Microsoft's Global Center of Excellence for Energy and Sustainability, where he is accountable for setting the strategic direction across its overall portfolio.
