VANCOUVER, BC, February 02, 2013 (Press-News.org) AffPoint.com is very pleased to announce the launch of their new website, positioned to serve as the meeting point for both affiliates and affiliate programs within the gaming industry. Unlike many other affiliate resource sites, AffPoint is focused on active industry participation through events like their educational Affiliate Boot Camps, and on-going Affiliate Poker Tour events.
"There are several outstanding and respected affiliate community organizations that have been well established in the iGaming industry, including the Gambling Portal Webmasters Association, (GPWA), Casino Affiliate Programs, (CAP), Casinomeister, and Poker Affiliate Listings, (PAL)", explains Gian Perroni, President of AffPoint. "We are very supportive of these communities, and their respective forums and certification programs. AffPoint focuses in a few different ways, providing additional value to both affiliates and affiliate program operators."
The first of these unique endeavours is the new AffPoint Affiliate Boot Camp scheduled for April 17 - 20, 2013, at Le Meridien St Julians Hotel and Spa in Malta. This event follows previously successfully produced Boot Camp events in London, Amsterdam and Barcelona. Designed for new and existing affiliates, this 4-day event includes 2 full days of intensive educational seminars, workshops and product showcases, facilitated by several of the top affiliates in the industry today. Added to the conference are social and networking events including a live poker tournament, a murder mystery evening, Malta tours on land and water, and many other entertaining activities.
Launching in March, the new AffPoint Affiliate Poker Tour (APT) is also a reintroduction of previously held events in the industry. Participating affiliate programs with poker rooms and/or casinos capable of hosting restricted tournament events will provide affiliates with the opportunity to win significant cash and prizes while enjoying the privacy of affiliate-only online and offline tournaments. AffPoint has designed these events, in partnership with the experienced Global Gaming Events tournament event staff, as a way to introduce new affiliates to the software and promotions offered by program operators. A unique APT leaderboard has been created to recognize and reward affiliates that join these free events.
Information on AffPoint.com, their free program and affiliate listings, and the upcoming Affiliate Boot Camp and Affiliate Poker Tour can be found by visiting http://www.AffPoint.com, or by contacting Gian Perroni directly by Skype (gianperroni), email - events@affpoint.com - or by telephone to +1 778 999 1150.
